The Heo Jun Museum was established in 2005 in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, where Heo Jun was born and died, to commemorate the academic achievements and life of Heo Jun, a leading Korean physician. His representative work, <Donguibogam>, was the first medical book to be registered as a UNESCO World Heritage as a standalone medical book, and was subsequently designated as National Treasure No. 319.
At the Heo Jun Museum, you can see various books written by Heo Jun, as well as books on oriental medicine, internal medicine clinics, oriental medicine clinics, and medical instruments. You can also experience various things, such as wrapping medicinal herbs and making snake shape of soap.
