K-Temple Food Cooking Class

On Friday, September 30th from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “K-Temple Food Cooking Class”.

The fall harvest season has come! This time, we will be learning K-Temple food using glorious fall produce such as curled mallow, burdock, lotus root, etc. A monk will demonstrate how to make fried root vegetables & curled mellow pancakes. After that, participants will be grouped (*2-3 participants in each group) and together we will get to cook as a group. Participants need to bring a container to keep the food that they cooked.
