20250724_Antique Dish Making Class

Itaewon Global Village Center, together with Donuimun Museum Village, will be hosting "Antique Dish Making Class" on July 24, 2025 (Thurs) from 2:30pm to 4:00pm at Donuimun Museum Village.

This is a hands-on activity where you can create pottery in an irregular or desired shape, then decorate it with antique and vintage-style embellishments by attaching or pressing them onto the surface. We are NOT going to use a throwing wheel as this class is intended for beginners.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THE REGISTRATION:
1. The picture on the poster is just a sample and final product may vary.
2. This class is NOT for tourists or those who will be leaving Korea in less than 5 weeks. The clay will have to undergo drying and firing process which takes about 4-5 weeks. Hence, you will NOT be able get the final product at the end of the class. You will have to wait at least FOUR TO FIVE WEEKS to get the final product.
3. You will have to visit Donuimun Museum Village again to get the final product. TAEKBAE or DELIVERIES is an option but it is only as CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) BASIS (*meaning you will have to receive the item and pay for the delivery fee on site). Please DO NOT choose this option if you cannot do COD.
4. Students need to follow the teacher's instruction. You cannot design your pottery to whatever you like (ex. you cannot make a vase, bowl, mugs, other design that has handles, etc.)
5. The participation fee for this class is 20,000 won per 1 dish. Advanced payment for the class is REQUIRED. I will email you all the details (including payment details) once you have completed the registration.
