Itaewon Global Village Center will hold the “Woodworking Workshop: Wooden Tool Organizer” collaborating with Yangcheon-gu office.
● Date: August 20, 2026 (Thursday)
● Time: 2:00–4:00 PM
● Venue: Eco Space Yeon-yi, Yangcheon-gu
● Fee: Free of charge
● Eligibility: International Residents
● Capacity: 10 seats (First-come, first-served)
● Contents: Participants will create their own wooden tool organizer using reclaimed wood, including fallen and discarded wood and leftover pieces of lumber collected by the Parks and Greenery Department. Through this hands-on woodworking activity, participants will learn how repurposing leftover materials can be both practical and creative, while developing a habit of making and using useful everyday items. This eco-friendly activity offers a meaningful opportunity to reflect on how small, creative actions can contribute to protecting the environment.
● Please note:
- An apron, mask, gloves, wet wipes, and an eco-bag are recommended.
- Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. White or light-colored clothing is not recommended, as painting or finishing work may cause stains.
-There is no parking available at the venue. Please use public transportation.
