20250314_Cooking Class with Kyochon Chicken

Itaewon Global Village Center, together with Korean Food Promotion Institute and Kyochon Chicken, is hosting a Korean cooking class on March 14, 2025 (Fri) from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Hansik Space Eum (near Anguk Station). This time we will be customizing our own fried chicken using the different sauces that Kyochon Chiken, a known Korean fried chicken franchise enterprise in Korea.

Through this class, we will learn how to properly fry a chicken and different sauces that are used to make that unique Korean-style fried chicken. The sauces that we will be using are Kyochon series soy sauce, red sauce, honey sauce, corn sauce, and cheese truffle seasoning. To make it more memorable, we will also be tasting some makkeolli to pair with the fried chicken!

NOTE: this class is only open to foreign adults (aged 19 and above)

FOOD ALLERGY WARNING: (*Please take note of these ingredients before signing-up for the class. Hansik Space Eum WILL NOT make any changes on the recipe.) The ingredients that will be used for this class is as follows: chicken, soybean, peach, wheat, egg, milk, rice, nuruk (Korean fermentation starter)

**Chicken is NOT halal certified.

The participation fee for this class is 11,000 won. Advanced payment for the class is REQUIRED. I will email you all the details (including payment details) once you have completed the registration.
