Itaewon Global Village Center will hold a “One-Day Templestay Experience” on Wednesday, November 19th from 10:30am to 2:30pm.

Temple Tour is not only visiting the Buddhist temple but experiencing Korean Buddhism and culture. Korean Buddhist temples have been the bedrock on which brilliant Korean culture has been blooming over the past 1,700 years since Buddhism was first introduced to Korea.

This is a program designed for those who have a busy lifestyle, but want to experience Korean templestay within a short period of time. Normally, one-day templestay program includes a temple tour, mediation and tea ceremony. If you do not have a whole day, one-day templestay would be the perfect choice. Not only that, you can have a time to have temple lunch and have conversation with a Buddhist monk.

This activity will be done at International Seon Center (near Omokyo Station). The program will cost 15,000won (advance payment is required). Once you register, specific details will be sent to you.
