20260529_Step-by-Step Painting Class: Jagae & Painting

On May 29, 2026 (Friday) from 10:00AM to 12:00pm, Itaewon Global Village Center will be hosting a Step-by-Step Painting Class: Jagae & Painting.

Jagae (자개) refers to traditional Korean decorative craftwork made using mother-of-pearl (the iridescent inner layer of seashells). Thin pieces of shell are carefully cut, polished, and inlaid onto surfaces like wood, lacquerware, furniture, and jewelry. For this class, we will be incorporating jagae into our artwork.

Since this is a step-by-step class, it is beginner friendly and is recommended to those who would just like to explore their artistic side.

The participation fee for this class is 22,000 won/ participant. Advance payment is required. I will email you all the details (including payment details) once you have completed the registration.
