Yoga for Women's Health Course
Itaewon Global Village Center will host the ONLINE “Yoga for Women’s Health Course” to be held every Tuesday and Thursday on March 15th ~ 31st from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
Multiple factors like hormones, muscle mass, and basic strength levels make a woman’s body vastly different from that of a man. In particular, women experience changes in both their physical body and mind due to their uterus. Through this course, participants will be able to practice proper breathing techniques, physical movements, as well as mindfulness through basic yoga. Our goal is to help women live through their experience in accepting the changes their body and mind.
For this online course, we will be using Zoom. The class is free of charge but registration is a MUST. To register, please email us your name, nationality and phone number (E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org). Once you register, specific details will be sent to you.
You will need to prepare your own yoga mat for the class.
